About Sonalksis
Sonalksis was established in 2002, in Liverpool, England. The four original founding members were a breakaway group of R&D engineers from legendary pro-audio company AMS-Neve. Since then Sonalksis has been joined by experts from other leading industry names such as Sony and Focusrite. We have established relationships with some of the best universities specialising in audio research, to enable us to benefit from technology at the very forefront of the latest academic thinking.
Everyone who contributes to Sonalksis developments has more than simply a background in engineering - we all have a true passion for sound and music. Together, we use our unrivalled knowledge and expertise in audio to design products that we believe are unparalleled in their sonic calibre. Our mission continues to be founded on the principal we established when we started out: create only the best.
The company was officially launched in July 2003 with the release of the SV-517 EQ, after many months spent developing our innovative 'state-space' analogue modelling technology. Now our customer base stretches across the globe, and Sonalksis products are admired by some of the world's leading producers, composers and artists. From Grammy award winning albums, to Oscar winning film soundtracks, to prime-time TV themes, Sonalksis products have helped to shape the music that is heard everyday.
